Richard Selim, CFA

Richard Selim, CFA is the Chief Financial Officer for Keg Logistics where he is focused on strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, treasury activities and working capital management. Richard has served as a senior finance executive with over 20 years of CFO, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development and strategy experience and leadership at both mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. Richard has completed numerous acquisition, divestiture and financing transactions totaling over $10 billion in transaction value. Richard’s specialties include valuation and financial analysis, corporate strategy, data analytics, strategic planning and due diligence. Richard has deep expertise leading and managing cross-functional teams in varied financial roles where he has advanced the corporate development needs, business improvement activities and strategic initiatives for several firms. Previously, Richard was a Vice President in the Corporate Development group at CH2M. Richard began his career with Lehman Brothers working in the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions group covering Media and Telecommunications companies.
