Chris has over 25 years experience in the brewing industry. One of the original founders of MicroStar, he worked on bringing keg pooling to the US and helped develop and spread the use of the 1/6 barrel keg. He founded Keg Logistics in 2011.

Richard Selim, CFA is the Chief Financial Officer for Keg Logistics where he is focused on strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis, treasury activities and working capital management. Richard has served as a senior finance executive with over 20 years of CFO, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate development and strategy experience and leadership at both mid-sized and Fortune 500 companies. Richard has completed numerous acquisition, divestiture and financing transactions totaling over $10 billion in transaction value. Richard's specialties include valuation and financial analysis, corporate strategy, data analytics, strategic planning and due diligence. Richard has deep expertise leading and managing cross-functional teams in varied financial roles where he has advanced the corporate development needs, business improvement activities and strategic initiatives for several firms. Previously, Richard was a Vice President in the Corporate Development group at CH2M. Richard began his career with Lehman Brothers working in the firm's Global Mergers & Acquisitions group covering Media and Telecommunications companies.

Justin came to Keg Logistics in October of 2017 after serving as the North American Sales Director of Blefa Kegs. At Blefa Kegs, he was involved in sales, marketing, and operations that led Blefa to be the #1 supplier of kegs to the North American markets.

Tyler came to Keg Logistics after the merger with Keg Credit in late 2017. He brings with him distribution and portfolio management after serving in numerous roles for a national top 20 beer distributor.

A Certified Cicerone, Robert began his career representing large European breweries. He was the first to introduce Sierra Nevada to Spain and helped improve handling techniques in the Spanish market. Robert joined Keg Logistics in 2015.

Simon relocated to the States from Europe in 2012 to pursue his interests in the Craft Beer industry. He worked as a Sales Rep for Specialty Beverage of Virginia for 3 years, followed by 8 years as a National Accounts Manager for parkway Brewing.

Jill joined Keg Logistics in December 2018 and brings with her over 15 years of customer service and sales experience. Before joining Keg Logistics she spent the previous 8 years with Blefa Kegs, Inc as the Regional Sales Manager and played a heavy hand in the success of their new Vancouver, WA distribution location.

Jennifer joined Keg Logistics in 2021 after moving from Canada to the United States. Previously the Sales and Finance Manager for North Keg, she has spent 6 years in the craft beer industry and has over 15 years of sales and customer service experience.

Matt Kuehl has over 10 years of transportation experience across multiple industries, with 5 of those years with Keg Logistics. Matt has a background in the military, analytics, computers and communication systems.

Joey joined Keg Logistics in June 2021 and brings with her over 12 years of customer service and logistics experience. Before joining Keg Logistics, he spent 8 years in the ecommerce industry as an account manager for 100+ accounts, that included multiple selling platforms and 3PLS.
